On 8/16/18 a women was stoped in Walmart in Hudson FL for taking the spider wire off of a pair of headphones and trying to steal them for a friend. Because she was unable to get the headphones out of the box before deputies arrived she was not charged with taking the spider wire off the box. But moments before deputies were able to make contact with her inside the store she had opened up a box of tampons, going into the bathroom and used one as she claims it was “that time of the month”. She was subsequently arrested for stealing 1 tampon and taken into custody. She was released two weeks prior to this after doing eight months in the Hernando county jail for a shoplifting charge.
