Описание: Performance management is very important for sustainability of service organizations, especially for the not-for-profit organizations. Effective and efficient measurement for subjective construct such as service culture is imperative. However, there is yet a valid and reliable measurement and reporting tool for them to use. RehabServE Scorecard is a measurement tool for systematic service excellence culture evaluation and improvement. It can measure and report on the community-based rehabilitation (CBR) centre’s service excellence culture from the employees’, parents’/guardians’ perspectives, to serve the PwD (persons with disability) emphatically for sustainability. It consists of six dimensions (with 38 items). The Scorecard is generated based on the multi-item measurement scale which was scientifically developed as well as reliable and valid. The CBR centres are using and satisfied with RehabServE Scorecard. This unique innovation has been copyrighted and ready for commercialization.
