Sony uses a 2 part (plastic and metal) lens mount on the bodies of the A7 series cameras (not the A7 II). The plastic part is weak, with a little pressure you can dismount the lens without depressing the lens release button. The Tough E-mount by Fotodiox fixes this problem. Below is a long where you can buy this mount along with a video on how to replace the mount. I HIGHLY recommend that everyone with an Sony A7 series camera do as I did and replace their mount.
