While spending a month in Costa Rica, my wife and I took a quick weekend getaway across the border to Nicaragua. We explored the colorful streets of Granada, visited the famous Masaya Volcano, and went scuba diving in a freshwater crater lake.
Back in Costa Rica, we wrapped up the trip with more scuba diving before heading to Canada to spend Christmas with our kids.
