A thorough visit of the project side was done by the team, covering all the blocks of Capital Smart City Islamabad. A detailed tour of the site was done in the car and the points that were chosen to capture the video outdoor were the Site Office and the top point of Overseas Prime Block as they provided the best ariel view of all the blocks. However, in the recent past the society actively encouraged the members to pay their instalments and announced that the members who will not pay their instalments, their bookings will be cancelled. Many bookings were cancelled by the society, however, the members were not put at all loss because the society introduced the policy of refund for the cancelled bookings. Those members whose bookings were cancelled, they can easily go to the society office and claim the refund. 75% of the paid amount will be refunded over a period of approximately 5 months. However, this was only one of the policy for the cancelled bookings. Another policy for the cancelled bookings was that of adjustment and this policy was not known by many members and hence they could not avail it. The cancelled bookings of Capital Smart City Islamabad can not only be refunded with 75% of the amount but also 100% of the amount can be adjusted via merging. The file cancellation was a result of delay or no instalment submission by the members. Some of the members possibly could not submit the instalment because they did not know about the available multiple options available for the instalment submissions of Capital Smart City Islamabad, may it be the Bank Deposit or Online Submissions.
