Russian drones hit Ukraine with Zelenskyy set to meet Trump

Описание: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is set to meet with US President Donald Trump in the White House again to discuss an end to the war with Russia.

Zelenskyy is hoping to avoid another verbal battle with Trump and his staff, after their first meeting ended abruptly when they got into a shouting match at the Oval Office.

This time, Zelenskyy will have numerous other European leaders with him in Washington DC, following Trump's summit in Alaska with Russian President Vladimir Putin where no other leaders were invited.

But despite the prospect of a peace deal, Russia continues to strike Ukraine as fresh drone strikes overnight killed five and injured 19 others.
