9 Months ago, Helidirect team pilots Nick Wisdom and Brian Byrdsong shared an unboxing video together of two scale helicopter fuselages. Nick's back to show the finished product. Nick took one of the scale helicopter fuselages available at Helidirect and fit XL Power Nimbus 550 mechanics inside the fuselage. But it wasn't easy... along the way he added a Roban 4 blade head, a Tron 5.5 swashplate, and painted a set of Spin 550mm blades, and added electronic retracts. Nick takes you along on the journey, shares some of the challenges and how he overcame them, and ends it with some flight footage of the finished product. He hopes this video will help inspire you to take on the challenge of putting your own together.
