Gluten free mini bagels with only two ingredients is what I will be sharing with you today. These bagels are a great little snack. Recipe below
240 grams almond flour (2 cups)
1 cup Kite hill vegan Greek Yogurt
Optional
soy milk
Nothing but the bagel seasoning
Add the almond flour and yogurt to a bowl and mix until a dough forms. Divide dough into 6 equal parts. Roll each into a ball and push you thumb through the top of the bowl to form the hole. Place on a lined baking sheet. You can brush a little plant milk on top and sprinkle with your favorite topping. I used Everything but the bagel seasoning. This is optional.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool completely before slices. I like to toast mine and add a bit of mashed avocado on top and then more of the Everything but the bagel seasoning.
