IoT Device Attack Using BeEF – CUJO AI Labs on Security

Описание: Home network users believe that devices connected their home network are safe because, by default, there is no direct path for attackers to reach these home devices. In reality, attackers can use a user's browser as a hop point to exploit these home network-connected devices. In this video, we demonstrate one such attack using the BeEF framework. The attacker takes over a vulnerable NAS device and starts a ransomware attack on the device, encrypting precious documents and photos.
