Aentula HR15 series Tilt-up tower

Описание: Hydrauilc ascent/descent system (tilt-up) of the Aentula HR15 series tower. The tilt-up system eases the installation process and its positioning even in those sites particularly difficult to reach with heavy vehicles.
It is possible to control the capsizing of the entire wind generator up to 90°, which enables to the building operations and the maintenance on the ground to be safely carried out without the need for expensive cranes or air-platforms. This can be done, when necessary, through a convenient joint system of two hydraulic rams located at the base of the tower.
The tower has a total approximate weight of 6500 [kg] and a total standard height of 25,30 m measured from the base plinth up to the nacelle flange.

Il sistema di ribaltamento aiuta e rende più agibile l'installazione anche in siti particolarmente difficili da raggiungere con mezzi pesanti, compreso il loro posizionamento.
Attraverso un pratico sistema, da montare all'occorrenza, d'incernieramento di due martinetti idraulici alla base della torre è possibile comandare il ribaltamento fino a 90° dell'intero aerogeneratore per consentire le operazioni di montaggio e manutenzione a terra in assoluta sicurezza per gli operatori, evitando l'utilizzo di costose gru o piattaforme aeree.
La torre ha un peso indicativo complessivo di 6500 [kg] e altezza complessiva standard di 25,30, dal plinto di base alla flangia della navicella.
