Why is Heaven and the Moon visible during Hazbin Hotel?

One thing that you might’ve spotted throughout the show is the two floating objects way up in the sky. What are they? Let me explain.

So the pride ring is the top ring, and it’s the only one where these two objects are visible. The white one is heaven. We can tell this because during the intro cinematic in episode 1, charlie calls it heaven and it looks exactly the same. My best guess as to why it’s visible from the pride ring is to punish sinners, everytime they look at the sky they’re reminded that they failed getting there.

The other object is the moon. We can tell this because in the official map of hell it’s got moon like craters on it with various asteroids floating around it. During stayed gone vox’s breaking news banner wraps around it. We also see it inside alastor’s shop during stayed gone.

Interestingly during the full moon episode of helluva boss, we see heaven is glowing and it looks completely different. We don’t know exactly why this is the case, but i have a feeling it’ll be lore relevant in the future.
