Ingredients for the Jibarito Sandwich:
1. Thin sandwich steak any cut. I made 2lbs of sirloin meat
2. (1) whole green plantain for each sandwich
3. (2) tablespoons of olive oil
4. (1) tablespoon of white vinegar
5. (2) tablespoons of minced garlic
6. (1) teaspoon of Adobo seasoning
7. (1) Lettuce
8. (1) Tomato
9. (1) Onion
10. Sliced american cheese
11. Mayonnaise
