Описание: This re-roof project was completed for one of Ramon Roofing’s long-standing commercial clients—Hiley Automotive Group, a dealership network with locations across the country.

After removing the original roof system, our team discovered areas of rotted and rusted metal decking. We replaced only the damaged sections, sourcing matching metal from ACT Metal Deck Supply to preserve the structural integrity.

From there, we mechanically attached a full Poly ISO tapered insulation system to improve drainage and installed a fully adhered Carlisle 60mil white TPO membrane, covering 250 squares.

The dealership remained open during construction, so we coordinated closely with Hiley to implement custom debris controls, safety barriers, and protection measures for their active service department, ensuring the safety of customers, employees, and vehicles throughout the process.

This project showcases Ramon Roofing’s ability to execute large-scale commercial re-roofs without disrupting business operations and delivering a clean, high-performance TPO system built to last.
