A surprising Rappa 0-cycle with True Sting, requiring an even more surprising piece of tech, Tutorial on Cipher. Thanks to @Dohovi189 for letting me know about this which is the only reason why I even thought to make this run. And an excuse to talk about Break's tragic state right now.
Also kudos to the one guy who managed to 0-cycle True Sting with Boothill (also without eidolons) and also with Cipher. The cat really saving some runs. Though this all goes away once quantum goes away as well.
