One option for a Cruise Ship Excursion in St Thomas, Roatan, or Cozumel is underwater scooters. Called BOSS or BOB, these submersible vehicles are easy to use and are available as excursions either booked through certain cruise lines or with the tour providers directly. We were snorkeling by a shipwreck in St Thomas when we saw this group ride past. It looks like fun. They were accompanied by certified master divers in full SCUBA gear for safety.
