Описание: After modifying a friends boilie roller, see my other video, by adding a 3rd roller, we found that beneath the surface of the pro machine was some less than great engineering. Shafts were un machined steel bar glued into the rolls and ran in steel inserts rather than bearings, none of the components were servicable and the E Stop was wired as a Stop/Start. To top it of it was all CE marked! So I decided to build a machine as it should be including twin motors, sealed bearings, removable EN24 shafts, Full variable speed/direction inverter drives with low voltage control circuit and a reversable reduction gearbox to drive the 3rd roll. Made from 25mm HDPE and cladded in 316 stainless.
