How AI Caused a Neighborhood of Mansions to go Abandoned

Описание: Today we are exploring a neighborhood I have been waiting for years to go abandoned. As grim as that sounds, it was inevitable, and there was nothing I could do but document the homes one last time. This was by far the most difficult neighborhood I have ever had to film due to reckless kids causing problems when the homes were first abandoned. It took me a total of 7 months to finally find the right time to film the homes. I spoke to almost every person who lived here and most were still the original owners. crazy to think about. Many of them literally got in their cars and left everything behind because they went into retirement homes or just didn't care. However the developers began clearing the homes out towards the beginning of summer to at least salvage a couple things. This was the first neighborhood I have actually fully filmed before shots for. I plan to do that with future videos. Marino Ct was first established in 1980 in what used to be a plot of farmland, in fact it was all farmland surrounding the area until a massive office complex was announced less than a year later. funny enough the times have changed again as you saw two offices get demolished as well as marino ct. The church also got offers to sell but refused surprisingly, but time will tell. This was definitely my favorite neighborhood due to the uniqueness of all the homes and the size. I have waited for the homes to be demolished out of respect for the developers and such. I have only made this video as a remembrance of a special neighborhood that once was
