Описание: Hey guys! I realized i probably should have wrote things down because those video is all over the place. But anyway, emet is no joke and it’s honestly very embarrassing for me to talk about especially to my friends. For years i felt like no one would ever understand what i think, feel, or go through. Until recently i found a large community of people who struggle with the same fear as i do. It’s comforting but it also really sucks how many people this phobia effects. Anxiety is hell, emetophobia is hell, stomach issues are hell. It all sucks. But I’m here to talk about it and hopefully overcome it and go back to living a normal life. Thanks for watching!
