This time, we bring you a unique experience from the lower mid-hill rural region of Eastern Nepal. Following traditional Nepali customs, we prepared organic food using only hand tools while leveling the house foundation.
According to local tradition, when digging the foundation of a house, it is customary to cook and eat a pig’s head. In this video, we prepared and cooked the pig’s head in a unique way in the jungle using traditional and organic methods.
