⏳ What is the Pomodoro Method?

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method designed to boost focus and reduce burnout. Here’s how it works:

📚 1. Set a timer for 25 minutes → Focus fully on one task (this is 1 Pomodoro).
🌿 2. Take a 5-minute break → Stretch, hydrate, or just breathe
🍵 3. After 4 Pomodoros, take a longer break (15–30 min) to reset

This method works beautifully for studying, creative projects, or any task that needs steady, focused energy without overwhelm.
