It connects waste producers like farms, bakeries, food processors or retailers with the ideal processing facilities such as insect farms, biogas plants, compost sites, and animal farms.
The platform evaluates every material stream using multiple parameters: nutritional composition, moisture, contamination, distance, transport cost, and processor capacity. It then calculates the best match and routes the material to the highest-value destination. As conditions change, capacity limits, seasonality, inventory, FST automatically recalculates and redirects streams in real time.
