Music for a Beautiful Place is a new recording inspired by a lifetime of activities in some of the most breathtaking locations in the United States. Whether hiking, backpacking, trail running, or performing concerts, the experience of being in these locations has been both inspirational and humbling. This music is my tribute to all these places. It is a gentle, slowly moving landscape of sound that I imagined rising from the land itself. --Bill Ryan
