Welcome to Season 02 of the Stepping Stones Parent Support Group!
In this first session, “Inside Voices, Inside Thoughts: Guiding Self-Talk Toward Self-Regulation,” our experts — Ms. Jovitha, Senior Speech-Language Pathologist, and Ms. Kalaiarasi, Pediatric Occupational Therapist — share valuable insights on how parents can understand and nurture their child’s self-talk to support emotional growth and self-regulation.
This interactive session helps parents:
Recognize the role of inner speech in emotional and behavioral development
Learn practical strategies to guide healthy self-talk in children
Strengthen communication and self-regulation skills at home
