Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
2 pounds stir-fry vegetables
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions:
Thaw frozen vegetables in a pan over medium-high heat. Mix together soy sauce, chicken broth, garlic, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Add to vegetables and cook until liquid thickens.
Can be eaten as is, or put on top of rice.
