Attending a birthday celebration weekend near Aberystwyth, on 26 April 2015, I took the opportunity to explore the local beach and decided to make a clip on mainly exploiting seaweed, but also, I include some of the shellfish that were present.
Almost everyone including survivalist/forager enthusiasts ignore seaweeds as a food substance. Compared with the whole, very few write about it. Shellfish is well covered, but not these marine plants.
In this clip, I gather some seaweed species and a few shellfish, then later in the film, demonstrate some preparation.
