While it may have been a simple congratulations, multiple reports now indicate Trump is asking people about whether they prefer Rubio or Vice President JD Vance. Those two have been constantly linked as the 2028 presidential rumor mill begins to ramp up, so could this praise have been Trump planting a seed?
