This is how we budget and shop for groceries! I commit 5 hours to grocery shop and $400 a month. We get. it. done. I do not coupon (although I had one today!) and I know that can save serious $. I prefer to get in, get out with nutritious food AND a plan. Also I have no problem with store brands but many add extra "fillers" to their ingredients so read your labels too! Oh, and household items (soap, shampoo, detergents, etc.) have a separate line item within our budget so that is why they are missing in this video. Happy grocery shopping everyone!
