Chilly Powder - 1/2 tspn
Corainder Powder - 1/2 tspn
Garam Masala - 1/2 tspn
Black Salt - 1/2 tspn
Curd - 1 tblspn
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 tblspn
Methi Leaves - 1 tspn
Lemon Juice - 1 tspn
Salt-As per taste
STEP 2 :Dough Preparation
Ingredients
Maida - 400 gms
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 1 tspn
Water - as required
