Contact Beyond Contact is the true connection we create from our core heart space. It is the contact we have with one another whether we are close or afar, it is the contact we have in our minds, hearts, spirits and body with Mother Earth and all existence.
CBC is a dance and healing practice that creates an environment for reconnecting in our essence through dance; LOVE.
CBC integrates dance modalities, Authentic Movement, Contact Improvisation, Passing Through together with healing modalities craniosacral, thai & abdominal massage, cosmic healing, family constellation as well as yoga, qigong amongst other.
The video was taken during the Contact Beyond Contact | Facilitators Training Course in September 2020 in Athens.
