The bobcat, northern harrier, Southern California rufous-crowned sparrow, and coyote are just some of the MSHCP-protected species that call the Kramer and Lin properties home. Located in the City of Calimesa, the properties were purchased in 2006 and 2018 and make up approximately 264 acres of the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan reserve assembly.
