NEW Bosch Performance SX Motor | Lightweight Heavy Hitting Motor

Описание: We tested out the new Bosch Performance SX motor and talked to Claus Fleischer, Bosch eBike Systems CEO.

The Performance SX produces 600 Watts of peak power and 55 Nm of torque. It's a small lightweight motor, weighing in at 4.4 lbs (2kg), but produces impressive power! Paired with a new 400 Wh battery, this setup boasts amazing power along with tremendous weight savings.

The Bosch Performance SX motor caters to lightweight e-bikes, such as EMTB, Gravel, or Urban. Its purpose is to provide bike manufacturers with the freedom to use their preferred components from the Bosch Smart System, allowing for the creation of more agile and responsive e-bikes. This benefits the end user by significantly reducing the total weight of the battery and motor to only 4 kilograms, compared to the almost 8 kilograms of a typical heavyweight e-bike motor and battery system.
