Ingredients:
2 Guajillo chilies
2 Árbol chilies
1-1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
1-1/2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
3-4 bay leaves
4 cloves
8-10 cups of tomato sauce (link to my sauce below)
1 tsp Achiote Powder (adds colour; optional)
1/4 cup red wine (optional)
1/2 cup water (optional)
1/2 cup of Green Olives
1/4 cup of Capers
1 Turkey (whatever size you can get; the bigger the longer the cooking time)
Sandwich Ingredients:
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Radish
Cucumbers
Mayonnaise
a nice dijon or mustard is a nice addition but I didn’t use any in this video. 🤷🏽♀️
