Here's another intense full-body workout which requires dumbbells only! Consisting of a 5-minute activation warmup, followed by 30 minutes of intense work, then 5 minutes cool down. If you're focused on building strength and endurance at home, then this is a great one! Grab your mat, dumbbells and a drink and let's hit it!!
Please remember that we all are different and that you can make this your OWN workout... take a longer break when you need to.

👉🏼 Dumbbells (For your reference, I'm using 2 x 5kg)
👉🏼 50 Sec Work, 10 Sec Rest
👉🏼 Level: Medium to Advanced
👉🏼 No Repeat
