One of the most intriguing matchups of the tournament was in the quarter-finals with St John Bosco taking on Sunnyslope.

This was a back and forth game from the tip and St John Bosco held a slight 12-10 first quarter lead.
Max Ellis buried a 3 at the buzzer to put the Braves on top 30-26 at the half.

The Braves extended their lead to as much as 6 points but Sunnyslope would not go away as Rider Portela led the Vikings attack. Delton Prescott's acrobatic layup to end the 3rd gave Sunnyslope the lead 38-37 heading into the 4th quarter.

With the Braves leading by 2 points with less than 20 seconds to play Christian Simmons ripped the net on a 3 to give the Vikings the lead 49-48 with 5 seconds in regulation.

Christian Collins would drive to the basket drawing a foul with a chance to win it at the line. Collins would go 1-2 and tie the game. With 1.6 seconds remaining Darius Wabbington tried to get a shot off but was blocked by Collins sending the Athletic Center into overtime.

St John Bosco would take the early lead with a Max Ellis three pointer his 4th of the game. Sunnyslope answered with a Wabbington three of his own.
With the game locked at 54 apiece, Wabbington went to the line knocking in both to give Sunnyslope the lead for good. Wabbington would cap it off with a one handed slam driving down the lane as Sunnyslope outlasted St John Bosco to advance to the Semi-finals.
