Philosophical ideology such as the neoplatonism of Plotinus in the Enneads, the concept of Tzimtzum in the Lurianic Kabbalah, and the doctrinal religious views of Hinduism and Christianity are all positioned in this debate which has the very essence of spirituality at stake as it is perceived in the mind of the individual holding to one or more of these positions.
