Indoor Skydiving is a hoot! Everyone should try it. Find a tunnel near you and get flying. I am a Pilates Master Trainer - PMA Gold Certified Instructor, Author and Professional Speaker on Whole Body Health, Wellness and Pilates.
This clip was a rotation with Jason who was very helpful in keeping me from flying into the walls at what seams like 200 MPH. (actually it's about 120mph)
