Formerly an uncharted region of the Mushroom Kingdom due to Bowser's influence, Koopa Canyon has slowly started to recover since the disappearance of its former leader. Luigi finds out that some of these Decayed Stars also have fallen down this hot canyon!
Koopa Canyon is the fourth main level of Tale of the Decayed Stars, a reimagining of SM64 : The Missing Stars by Frauber and Skelux. It was inspired by a scrapped level going with the same name, made by Skelux before repurposing the concept for Star Road. For this reinterpretation; I've decided to take more of a "Gerudo Valley" route instead of the generic desert trope, especially as the deep canyon with the river was admittedly the only "landmark" of the unused level...
