When people workout the forearms, they often just do wrist extensions and wrist curls. Very often, people neglect doing the forearm actions of pronation and supination. Doing forearm pronation and supination exercises will help one out through allowing them to have greater wrist control. This will allow for better performance in sports such as baseball and in better holding dumbbells in the gym.
An easy forearm pronation and supination exercise to do is resting your elbow on a surface while holding a hammer or a dumbbell with weight on only one end. While holding this dumbbell, you can turn your palm up, which is supinating it. Then turn your palm down, which is pronating your arm.
Doing this exercise will allow you to develop more powerful forearms. You will also develop greater wrist control and become better at activities that require you to have that.
