The problem with our worldly wants is that they are only ever temporarily quenched. No matter how much we drink, we thirst again. No matter how much we eat, we hunger again. That’s just part of being human.

But what about the deeper desires within us—the longings of the heart? The need for peace, acceptance, purpose, and meaning? Temporary answers always leave us dissatisfied… but the Holy Spirit keeps pointing us back to one true hope:

Jesus is THE only way.

In this week’s Worship and the Word episode from Gospel Garage, we open Scripture and fix our eyes on Christ—the Bread of Life, the victorious King, the promised Messiah, and the only Mediator who saves.
