💧 Base: Vodka 40% (80 proof)
📌 Ratio: Fresh herbs — jar tightly filled, fully covered with alcohol
⏱ Shake every few days
⏳ Steep 4–6 weeks (longer is okay)
🗃 Shelf life: 3–5 years

What it’s good for:
– Strong natural germ-fighter
– Anti-parasite, anti-fungal
– Helps with coughs + chest congestion
– Stuffy nose + sinus support

Best for: Flu, food poisoning worries, stomach bugs

⚠️ Very strong — not for daily use long-term⚠️ Not recommended for kids without herbalist guidance

How I take it (adults):10–30 drops→ under the tongue, hold 30 seconds, or→ dilute in water/tea 1–2× per day when needed
