We The People, a long time Long Beach California, local cable television program run by Art Levine featured a debate between Mark Calney of the PANIC organization versus Dr. Orrin Lindberg of the local health authorites on the pros and cons of the proposed ballot initiative to make AIDS a reportable condition. Shockingly, unlike the contencious ACLU Webster Tarpley debate, the two debaters actually debated.
