FAO Talks, organized with the support of Migros and moderated by FAO Champion Dilara Koçak, is a panel series launched as part of the FAO’s 80th anniversary. The series engages university students as active stakeholders in shaping the future of agrifood systems, guided by FAO’s ‘365 Days of Action’ and the Four Betters. The first stop of the FAO Talks series took place at Özyeğin University, within the framework of FAO’s 80th anniversary and World Food Day, under the theme ‘Hand in Hand for a Better Life and a Better Future’. The event brought young people and experts together to discuss the protection of agricultural and cultural heritage, climate change, food security, digital transformation, the empowerment of women producers and sustainable gastronomy.
