The lady has another 1/8 of a turn through her feet between 3 and 4, also taking care not to over turn the body. The man's pointing alignment helps him to manage the turn of his partner. Step 4 can be thought of as a checking action which will help to "catch" the bodies and move easily to the feather finish. Do not put too much power into this step.
