Top Cues:
1. Align your knees with the machine’s pivot point
2. Set the shin pad just above your ankles to reduce knee strain (not too high)
3. Keep a neutral spine by bracing your core and pushing ribs down
4. Pull yourself firmly down into the seat to stay anchored
5. Grip near your torso (not behind or overhead) to maintain stability
6. Avoid excessive forward lean. Stay at or behind 90° hip flexion
7. Keep your knees and toes pointing straight up throughout the set
8. Dorsiflex your feet (pull toes up) to increase knee joint stability
9. Control the lowering phase (eccentric) with slow, intentional movement
10. Squeeze at the top for 1–2 seconds
11. Don’t swing the weight. Accelerate with control from bottom to top
