I am a psychotherapist, life coach and i run a wellness company! I recently decided to pack up my life in the UK and move to Dubai! This vlog captures me spending the last weeks of my life in London spending time with my family and friends and packing, packing and more packing.

After spending these weeks with my family and friends, i realised the true importance of nurturing your community, this vlog is such a great example of what it looks like to show up for the people you love. Although i was so delirious when packing and parts of this experience felt like a fever dream, i had so much fun with my community and i had so much support and God has shown me what love looks like through them.

They organised numerous surprises for me, i celebrated my birthday, went candle making, perfuming making, played tennis, attended my sisters graduation... like this is an ACTIVE Vlog.
