Описание: We went into the hospital due to contractions but they weren’t intense. I knew for sure we would be turned back, but due to me being over my due date and baby’s heart was “fluctuating” they admitted us.

I was measuring 5cm and contractions were coming every 3-4 minutes. I was given Pitocin to help the labor progress. My water broke soon after and the pain intensified along with other symptoms. I elected for the epidural and was able to sleep throughout the entire labor. I woke up and was checked soon after and was 7CM dilated and 80% effaced. The doctor said she would be back around 12PM to check again. About 30 minutes later I felt the pressure and knew I needed to push.

I was checked again and was fully dilated and 100% effaced. Doctor came in about 10 minutes later and 5 pushes later baby boy was born.

Measured 7 pounds 14 ounces and perfectly healthy. ❤️

The day my life forever changed. The staff at UCF Lake Nona was outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Brooke, Jessica, Carole they were all 10/10. Percent experience, great service and very positive in all aspects. I would definitely go back and would recommend their birthing unit.
