New Mini Album Tutorial- How I matted the pages in my mini album. Free tutorial Available!

Описание: I used the paper collection called Spring Neutral to mat this mini album. It was the prototype for a new mini album that I made using the Honeybee paper collection from Carta Bella. This video shows you how I matted this mini album. There is a complete tutorial showing you how to construct this mini album. AND there is a cutting guide available for purchase in my Kofi shop. The videos included are this walk through, the video which is the tutorial. It shows you how I construct the album cover, hinge and pages as well as all of the page features. The next video in the playlist is how I mat the pages and add stickers and chipboard elements. It also takes you step by step to decorate the covers and even how I make the tabbed pages. I have included a walk through of another album using a different paper collection PLUS a video showing you how I decorated that album.
**NOTE** Not all of the videos will be available immediately. They will be released throughout the month of November 2025.

To make things a bit easier, I have designed a file with the cutting measurements for the mini album, the page elements and the matting. It also includes the list of supplies that I purchased. I also used Recollections 65 lb weight black cardstock from Michaels for most of the album including wrapping the cover, the wings the base pages and the features such as flaps and pockets. I used several sheets of 110lb cardstock for the cover flaps and the back cover flap. The cream cardstock was also from Michaels, I used Frayed Burlap to ink the edges (I used 110lb, but I advise you to use 65 lb.)

Here is my story: in 2019 I sold my house and everything in it and moved into a RV. The plan is to travel all over the US and enjoy the great outdoors with my husband. We chose a RV model that had an extra room with bunks, but instead of bunks I have a desk and drawers. It is a small craft room, but I enjoy crafting in between hikes.
