Ingredients: 6-7 servings
Refried beans-    • How to Make Refried Beans  
Medium cheddar cheese finely shredded
25-30 Corn tortillas
Sour cream
Steak marinade:
3 lbs skirt or ranchera
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 orange
1/2 white onion
1/2 cup lime juice (4 limes)
1/2 c Olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
“Guacamole”
3 medium avocados
1 lime
Salt
Pepper
Pico de gallo salsa :
1/2 white onion
3 roma tomatoes
Chile serranos or jalapeños
Cilantro
1 lime
Salt
Black pepper
