5 Good things about studying inter in Thailand

1. Friends -
you might think that most of your friends will be Thai, which is right. But you might not think that these thai friends are basically foreigners to you.
I was stunned by the diversity of these new people in my life. They came from places I haven't even heard of like "ISB, EIS and harrow" and they came with their own accent. not to mention Thai stundert from highschool from SG NZ US. At the time tI thought to myself, am I still in Thailand or what?? their english was like the cast of Glee and Gossip girl mixed together. And don't forget the Foreign exchange students-OMG, I was blown away by the first day.

2. Perk of having Ajarn that understand Thai lang.
Coming from a public school, learning stuff in English is extremely-holy-fucking-god insane!!! basic math became a major pain with the vocab like nominator and denominator and shit. Having ajarn who understand thai is a #blessed, as you can go and ask them in THAI after class about the lesson you didn't get.

3. CONNECTION!!!!
You want a job after guad? you want to be "someone"? you want to get married, have kids and lived happily ever after? If you wanna you all this in Thailand, Then study in Thailand! One might argue that you can do all this in another country, BUUUUUUT, having connection in a country you will probably spend 90% of you life in is propably better right? I have friends in the states with thier FB account, but the majority of my feeds are from Thai friends, sooooo yeah.


4. Thai food
I remembered wishing that I could have italian, jap, chinese as my main meals. But the fact is, you will be bored of them so easily. American food is bland too. Just salt and pepper, while Thai food has 10+ things making the food explode in your mouth.


5. Hangout places
Siam, Thonglor, RCA everything is in a BTS distance. I remembered walking 30 minutes in the heavy snow fall to the supermarket just to get a gallon of milk ! I know, we can use amazon, but that stuff is crazy expensive man!!!.
