In this video I show the technique of the 4 legs spider. I use a small bookmark pattern and explain the simple way to start and finish the bookmark. The spider is a very easy technique and safe time in your projects. However, is a very open stitch so I recommend to mix it in your projects.
If you use cotton thread you can make the sample stiff by mixing 2/1 white glue and water (small amount will do it). Apply to the sample/bookmark and (do it over wax paper) and let it dry.
